It's evident by watching the video that Christ was working on Penn as he told his story. the business man was sent by Christ to witness to a non believer. Penn may not believe in Christ now but I believe he will in the future. He was very moved by the gift of the bible and the presence of Christ in the gentleman who gave him the bible.

I've never heard an atheist advise Christians to "go and tell". Perhaps we should all take his advice. I hope he finds Christ soon.
